How much do you charge to list my property?
We charge 1 month rent to list a new property. Please remember that we only get half of that. The other half will go to the buying agent.
How much do you charge monthly for property management?
We charge 10% of the total rent. So for a property listed at $2000 that is $200.
What is included in my property management fee?
We offer same day responses to your tenants for their maintenances concerns. Collection of rent, and same day trips are available for urgent concerns. Ask about our manage it yourself option.
